Welcome to CalThings. By using this app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CalThings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; updated terms will be posted on this page.
2. App License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use CalThings on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
- You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
3. User Data
All data you enter in CalThings (expense records, notes, etc.) belongs to you. You are responsible for backing up your data. Data stored locally cannot be recovered after uninstalling the app.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
CalThings offers a subscription for premium features:
- Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store account
- Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before expiry unless cancelled beforehand
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase
- All payments are processed by Apple; Apple's refund policy applies
5. Disclaimer
CalThings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Data loss arising from use or inability to use the app
- App interruptions, errors, or inaccurate calculations
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6. Intellectual Property
The CalThings app and all its content, features, and design are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and remain the property of the developer.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
